THE FLOW
How to move through the app.
This Is Not a Maze
AI Artist Hub has a lot of sections.
That's intentional — but not to overwhelm you.
Each section exists for a specific stage in the creator journey. They're designed in sequence, not all at once.
If you try to use everything at the same time, you'll feel scattered. If you move through the flow in order, everything clicks.
This book explains the path. You don't need to memorize it — you just need to understand why each piece exists and when to use it.
Start With Creation, Not Perfection
Most platforms ask you to upload finished work. AI Artist Hub starts with creation.
The Lab is where you experiment, generate ideas, build artist identities, and explore what's possible without pressure.
Nothing you create in the Lab has to be final. It's a sandbox.
This is where you answer the question: "What am I trying to build?"
If you skip the Lab and jump straight to planning or releasing, you'll feel directionless. Start here. Build something. Even if it's rough. Especially if it's rough.
Creation comes before curation.
Your Artist Is the Center
Once you've created something in the Lab, it needs a home.
That's what My Artist is for.
This is where your AI artist becomes real. You define their identity, upload their music, build their visual presence, and treat them like an actual project.
Your artist isn't a gimmick. It's your creative vehicle.
Everything else in the platform — your planner, your releases, your presence in the Hub — orbits around your artist.
If your artist isn't clear, nothing else will be either.
Build the center first. The rest follows.
Planning Turns Talent Into Momentum
Talent without structure dies in notebooks.
The Planner is where you turn ideas into systems. You map out releases, set goals, track tasks, and build the rhythms that keep you moving.
This isn't bureaucracy. It's clarity.
When you know what you're working on and when it's happening, creation stops feeling chaotic. You're not "figuring it out as you go" — you're executing a plan.
The best creators don't wing it. They build routines and show up to them.
The Planner is how you do that here.
The Drop Zone Is a Gate, Not a Button
Most platforms treat releases like posts. AI Artist Hub treats them like events.
The Drop Zone guides you through a full release process: captions, teasers, platform distribution, engagement tracking.
It's intentionally structured. You can't just "post and forget." You have to complete the steps.
This isn't to slow you down — it's to make sure you're not just throwing content into the void.
A drop is a moment. Treat it like one.
If you're not ready to commit to a real release, stay in the Lab. When you are ready, the Drop Zone makes sure you do it right.
Turn what you’re learning into an AI artist brand.
The Hub Is the World
The Hub is where your artist becomes visible.
This is the public layer. Other creators see you here. Your work gets played. You gain presence.
But visibility without substance means nothing.
If you show up to the Hub without a finished artist, a clear sound, or consistent output — no one will care.
The Hub rewards creators who've done the work in the other sections. It's not the starting point. It's the result.
When you're ready to be seen, the Hub is where it happens.
The Academy Is the Spine
You're reading this in the Academy.
This is the knowledge layer. Every book here explains a piece of the system — not just how to use it, but why it works.
You'll return to the Academy as you grow. Books unlock as you progress. New context appears when you're ready for it.
The Academy isn't something you "complete" once. It's something you reference as you evolve.
If you ever feel lost, come back here. The answers are in the books.
Flow Over Features
Here's the real lesson:
Don't try to master everything at once.
Move through the app in layers: 1. Lab → create and experiment 2. My Artist → define your project 3. Planner → build structure and rhythm 4. Drop Zone → execute real releases 5. Hub → gain visibility and presence 6. Academy → return for guidance as you grow
Each stage builds on the last.
If you're feeling overwhelmed, you're probably skipping steps. Go back to the Lab. Build something. Let everything else come later.
Flow isn't about speed. It's about sequence.
Move in order, and the platform makes sense.
