This policy governs the responsible use, documentation, and publication of AI-generated and AI-assisted content on AI Artist Hub.

What AI-Generated and AI-Assisted Content Means on This Platform
AI Artist Hub is designed for creators who use artificial intelligence as part of a creative workflow. Content documented, managed, or published through AI Artist Hub may be created with external AI generators, human tools, integrated platform tools, or a combination of human and AI processes. AI Artist Hub is not the generator of every work brought into the platform. Creators are responsible for accurately documenting the creation process and the tools, contributions, permissions, and rights context they know.
Ownership and Rights
AI Artist Hub does not claim ownership of creator content simply because it is documented, managed, or processed on the platform. You retain the rights you lawfully hold in your content, subject to the Terms of Use and any terms that apply to external generators, tools, collaborators, source material, or licensed inputs. By uploading, documenting, generating, or publishing content, you confirm that you have the rights or permissions required for the inputs and uses you declare.
Responsible Use Requirements
You may not use AI Artist Hub, its integrated tools, or content you bring into the platform to: • Reproduce, mimic, or impersonate the likeness or voice of real identifiable people without the rights or documented authorization required for that use • Generate or publish content that promotes violence, hatred, or illegal activity • Create deceptive deepfakes, defamatory content, or misleading media intended to deceive • Produce, upload, or distribute content that violates third-party intellectual property or publicity rights • Misrepresent creator identity, contributors, permissions, ownership, provenance, or other material facts • Circumvent platform safety systems or abuse platform services
Content Moderation
AI Artist Hub reserves the right to review, suspend, or remove AI-generated content that violates this policy or our Community Guidelines. Accounts found to be systematically abusing AI tools will be suspended. Appeals may be submitted to support@aiartisthubapp.com.
Transparency
AI-generated and AI-assisted content published to The Hub or any public-facing area of the platform should be represented honestly. Where AI Artist Hub provides fields for Recording DNA™, human and AI contributions, generator or model information, permissions, credits, rights context, or provenance, creators should use them accurately and avoid presenting creator-declared information as independently verified unless the platform explicitly identifies it that way.
Platform Liability Disclaimer
Creators are responsible for ensuring content they upload, document, generate, or publish complies with applicable law, third-party rights, this policy, and the terms of any external tools or services they use. AI Artist Hub does not independently verify every upstream generator, model, training source, license, permission, or creator declaration unless the platform expressly states that a specific fact has been verified.
