Terms of Use

AI Artist Hub™ is a digital creative platform that enables users to:

• Create AI-generated artists and creative assets
• Upload and manage music, images, and video
• Build public AI artist profiles and shareable creator pages
• Access creative tools, analytics, and monetization systems
• Participate in Platform features including ASCENT™, Open Prompts™, and other ecosystem tools

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time, with or without notice.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.

By using the Platform, you represent that you have legal capacity to enter these Terms and will comply with all applicable laws.

You retain ownership of the content you upload ("User Content").

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have all rights, permissions, and licenses required to upload, publish, and distribute your User Content.

By uploading or submitting User Content, you grant AI Artist Hub™ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, perform, distribute, and promote such User Content solely for operating, providing, improving, and marketing the Platform.

The Platform may integrate third-party AI systems and tools to generate or assist in generating content.

AI-generated outputs may be similar to content generated for other users and may not be unique.

We do not guarantee copyright eligibility, non-infringement, uniqueness, or commercial suitability of AI-generated content.

You assume all responsibility for reviewing, using, publishing, distributing, and monetizing AI-generated content.

You may not:

• Upload or distribute content that infringes intellectual property rights or violates the law
• Post unlawful, harmful, abusive, harassing, or hateful content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to access accounts, systems, or data you are not authorized to access
• Reverse engineer, scrape, exploit, or interfere with Platform systems
• Use the Platform to distribute malware, spam, or harmful code
• Abuse, disrupt, or overload Platform services

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

Certain features may require payment through Stripe or other approved processors.

Subscription terms, billing cycles, pricing, and cancellation options are presented at checkout and/or in your account settings.

We reserve the right to change pricing or feature availability with notice where required.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI ARTIST HUB™ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AI Artist Hub™, its owner, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your User Content
• Your use or misuse of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any law or third-party rights

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time if we believe you violated these Terms or pose risk to the Platform or others.

You may stop using the Platform at any time. Certain obligations in these Terms will survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you consent to jurisdiction and venue there.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
