Marketplace Creator Terms

Terms governing the listing, sale, and management of digital products in the AI Artist Hub Creator Marketplace.

Eligibility

To list products in the AI Artist Hub Creator Marketplace, you must be a registered platform user in good standing. By listing a product, you represent that you have the full right and authority to sell the content you are offering, and that the content does not infringe any third-party copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right.

Permitted Product Types

The Marketplace currently supports three product types: • Music — AI-generated audio tracks, beats, and instrumentals • Prompt Packs — curated sets of creative prompts for AI generation • Image Packs — sets of AI-generated visual assets All products must be original works created or compiled by the seller. Reselling third-party content, scraped datasets, or unlicensed samples is prohibited.

Pricing and Revenue Split

Sellers set their own prices. AI Artist Hub charges a platform fee of 10% on each completed sale. The remaining 90% is the creator's net payout. Example: A $10.00 sale results in a $9.00 creator net payout and a $1.00 platform fee. Payments are processed through Stripe. Payout schedules are subject to Stripe's standard terms.

Product Listings and Content Standards

All product listings must include accurate titles, descriptions, and cover images. Misleading product descriptions, fake preview content, or misrepresented file formats are prohibited. AI Artist Hub reserves the right to remove listings that do not meet quality or accuracy standards.

Intellectual Property and Ownership

Sellers retain ownership of their products. By listing on the Marketplace, you grant AI Artist Hub a non-exclusive license to display, promote, and facilitate the sale of your product on the platform. This license does not transfer ownership of your work to AI Artist Hub.

Buyer Rights and Refunds

All sales on the Marketplace are final. Due to the digital nature of the products, refunds are not automatically issued after a file has been accessed or downloaded. Disputes may be escalated to support@aiartisthubapp.com for case-by-case review.

Prohibited Conduct

Sellers may not: • List content that violates the Community Guidelines or AI Content Policy • Use fraudulent pricing tactics or artificial inflation of sale metrics • Engage in off-platform transactions to circumvent the platform fee • Misrepresent the AI generation tools or methods used to create the product • Sell access to platform features, tiers, or subscriptions

Account Suspension and Listing Removal

AI Artist Hub reserves the right to remove any listing, suspend seller privileges, or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Sellers will be notified of removal decisions and may appeal to support@aiartisthubapp.com within 14 days.
